The main lodge will include three stories to providing the breath taking views of the Wildlife Park and Everglades.  Additional facilities include food and beverage, retail, wellness center, conference center, educational & recreational outlets, and back of the house facilities.

Well-designed and efficient facilities that includes “modern natural” cuisine, seasonal and educational menus and programs, and extraordinary service.
Retail:
Distinctive gifts, art, books, educational, recreational, and signature items that include Native American and local artisans.
Conference Center:
First Phase - Minimum of 5,000 square feet for “state-of-the-art” facilities, professional catering, and banquet services provided.

Outdoor water facilities; an activity center to focus on sustainability and educational programs; recreational programs that include scenic tours, ecology within the Everglades, kayaking, biking, hiking, wildlife viewing/photographing, survival programs, and various outdoor nature-based adventures; and a wellness center that focuses on health, fitness, and educational programs and classes.
